新梨七号雌蕊发育的解剖观察

Anatomical Study on the Development of Pistil of Xinli No.7 ( Pyrus Bretschneideri Rehd )

本文解剖观察了早熟梨“新梨七号”在南疆立地条件下雌蕊发育的全过程。观察结果表明 :新梨七号雌蕊原基在上年生长季已形成 ,次年 2月中旬结束休眠后继续分化。胚囊的发育主要在 4月上旬的蕾期进行。蓼型胚囊发育完全正常 ,干柱头 ,实心花柱 ,中轴胎座 ,倒生胚珠。受精前后胚囊体积增幅较大 。

With Xinli No.7( Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd ) as material,the development of pistil has been studied in the paper.It shows that:pistil primordium has been formed during the growth season the previous year and continues to differentiate as the dormancy finishes in middle Feruary.The embryo sac developes mainly in early April and it is entirely normal in morphology,with dry stigma,solid style,axil placentation and anatropous ovule.The embryo sac increases greatly during the period of fertilizations,and large number of starch grains accumulate in placenta tissues and ovary wall.
