摘要
试制样品齐鲁-89管材用HDPE树脂因ESCR差而不合格。分析了该树脂的分子结构、分子量、分子量分布及物相,并与国外同类产品试样相比较。找出了ESCR差的主要原因是共聚物中1-丁烯含量低。提出了改进聚合操作方案。该方案具有切换牌号方便,控制容易,操作平稳的特点,开发出有杰出ESCR的齐鲁-90管材用HDPE的试生产产品。
The test produced samples of QiLu-89 pipe grade resin HDPE was unqualified because of its poor ESCR. After analyzing the molecular structure, MW, MWD and morphology of this resin, and comparing it with similar samples from abroad, we found the main cause of poor ESCR was the lower content of butylene-1 in the copolymer. A modified scheme for polymerization operation characterized with convenient chang-over of resin grade, easy control and smooth operation was then proposed. A trial manufactured product QiLu-90pipe grade HDPE resin with excellent ESCR was eventually developed.
