摘要
对反应精馏技术用于液-液串联反应进行了研究。对于A→B→C,C为目的产物的情况,以由水杨醛合成香豆素为例;对A→B→C,B为目的产物的情况,以氯丙醇皂化合成环氧丙烷为例。结果表明,反应精馏用于液-液串联反应有独特的优越性,提高了收率,节约了能源,提高了产品质量。
In this paper the application of reactive distillation technique to liquid-liquid consecutive reaction is discussed. We show that, in principle, the application of reactive distillation to liquid-liquid consecutive reactions is possible and effective as case 1: A→B→C, where C is the objective product, as in the synthesis of coumarin from salicylic aldehyde and acetic anhydride; and case 2: A→1→C, where B is the objective product, as in the manufacture of propylene oxide by saponification of propylene chlorohydrin with aqueous alkali.
