Studies on the Synthesis, Structure and Properties of Cobaltoaluminophosphate Molecular Sieve CoAPO-11 Single Crystals

摘要 以二异丙胺为模板剂,用水热法合成了磷酸钴铝分子筛(CoAPO-11)纯相,并测定了其化学组成。通过X射线衍射、电子探针、扫描电镜及红外光谱等方法对其结构进行了分析,证实钴(Ⅱ)进入分子筛骨架。同时对其吸附性能、热稳定性、表面酸性及催化性能进行了研究。 The pure cobaltoaluminophate molecular sieve CoAPO-11 and its single crystals were synthesized. The chemical composition and parameters of the unit cell of CoAPO-11 were determined. The cobaltoaluminophosphate molecular sieve CoAPO-11 was investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, electron probe and infrared analysis. The results showed that cobalt (Ⅱ) had enterd the skeleton of the molecular sieve. The adsorption properties, thermal stability and surface acidity were also investigased.
