摘要
通过对加入不同金属氧化物助剂的铁基氧化物CO变换催化剂的活性、还原性能及氧化性能的比较,和压汞、XRD、XPS研究表明,催化活性不仅与催化剂的氧化还原特性密切相关,而且与助剂金属氧化物本身被还原的Gibbs自由能变密切相关;说明工业催化剂中铬助剂的作用主要是电子型的,而对结构的作用是次要的。
Different CO shift reaction catalysts, promoted with various metal oxides, were investigated by activity measurement, TPO, TPO, mercury penetration, XRD and XPS tests, It is shown that the activity is not only related to the reduction and oxidation properties of the catalyst, but also to the Gibbs free energy change of the metal oxide promoter during reduction. Chromium promoter in commercial CO high temperature shift catalyst is an electronic promoter rather than a structural promoter.
