摘要
依据异丁醛(IBA)催化氧化反应动力学模型和固定床拟均相二维模型来模拟工业单管反应器。模拟结果不仅和工业单管试验结果一致,而且获得IBA催化氧化反应在反应器内轴向、径向产物浓度和温度分布。并且还模拟了操作变量对参数灵敏性的影响,结果说明参数灵敏性对操作条件要求相当苛刻。提出相应的工程措施,保证反应器稳定操作,为该过程开发和反应器设计提供了依据。
According to the reaction kinetics of IBA catalytic oxidation and two-dimensional pseudohomogeneous model of fixed bed, the reaction process of IBA catalytic oxidation in a packed bed tubular reactor of 25mm I. D. and 2 meter length is simulated by using orthogonal collocation. Simulation results are not only in agreement with experimental data, but also show axial and radial temperature and concentration profiles in the packed bed tubular reactor. Parametric sensitivity effected by operating variations is also simulated and their relationship is obtained. Some engineering measures are recommended to ensure stable reactor operation and provide the basis for the design of commercial scale reactor.
