以本公司生产装置副产的环戊酮为原料,研究白兰酮香料的合成,包括酮醛缩合、脱水异构、麦克尔加成、脱羧和产品精制。得到的产品白兰酮香料具有类似白兰及茉莉花香的清香香气,可在化妆品香精中应用,总收率达30％以上。
This paper relates to magnolia ketone perfume synthesis with eyclopentanone, a byproduct, as raw material. This synthesis process includes aldol condensation, dehydration rearrangement, Michael reaction, decarboxylation and product refining. The obtained product magnolia ketone perfume has soft, fine and delicate fra- grance which is similar to magnolia flower and jasmine perfume. It can be used in cosmetics as essence.
