摘要
在实验室条件下,用廉价铝土矿资源为原料,制备了羰基硫水解催化剂,并进行了铝土矿资源评选、催化剂的制备条件研究和活性测试。结果表明,制各的水解催化剂具有足够高的转化率,催化性能与γ-Al_2O_3为原料制备的TGH系列催化剂相同。可大幅度降低催化剂的制造成本。
The possibility of preparing COS hydrolysis catalyst from bauxite has been disscused on the basis of studies on the COS hydrolysis reaction mechnism and adsorption properties and catalyst composition. The choice of bauxite resources, catalyst Preparation conditions and test for COS conversion were carried out under laboratory conditions. The experimental results show that the COS conversion of the hydrolysis catalyst is high enough, and the catalyst performance is the same as the TGH series catalysts prepared from γ-Al_2O_3. Making the COS hydrolysis catalyst from bauxite can greatly reduce the production cost.
