摘要
研究了Raney-Ni催化剂水相中丁炔二醇加氢一步合成1,4-丁二醇最佳反应条件,并获得此催化剂于该加氢体系的最佳活化条件及在此活化条件下使1,4-丁二醇选择性和丁炔二醇转化率为最高的反应条件。其结果可使丁炔二醇的转化率为100%,1,4-丁二醇的选择性高达95%,反应温度低于353K,氢压降至2.0Mpa。这一结论可直接用于工业反应过程的开发与设计。
The activation conditions of Raney-Ni catalyst and the optimum reaction con- ditions based on it for hydrogenntion of butynediol to 1,4-butanediol by one step are studied. The optimum reaction conditions are found to bet conversion of butynediol 100% selectivity of 1,4-butanediol 95%; reaction temperature lower than 353K; and H_2 pressure 2.0MPa. These results may be directly applied to the development and design oi a slurry reactor in industry.
