摘要 叙述了用阴离子法制备的丁羟胶(HTPB)为原料、MDI为交联剂、MOCA和HPA为扩链剂制备聚丁二烯型聚氨酯弹性体的方法,研究了扩链剂种类、用量等对弹性体性能的影响。通过平衡溶胀等试验,发现影响该弹性体性能的结构因素主要是物理交联而不是化学交联。 Using hyrdoxyl-terminated polybutadiene prepared by anionic polymerization as prepolymer, MDI as crosslinking agent, MOCA and HPA as chain extenders, we synthesized polybutadiene-based polyurethane elastomer. The effect of the kinds and amount of chain extender on the physical properties of the elastomer was studied. Equilibrium swelling test results show that the properties of this elastomer is primarily affected by physical crosslinking density.
