摘要
借助于MW-4型强度测试仪、透射电镜、X光衍射仪等实验设备,研究了水或低压蒸汽(湿藻汽)对NiO/CaO-Al_2O_3型催化剂强度、吸水容量、转化活性等性能的影响。结果表明,在有水或低压蒸汽存在时,催化剂中的CaO·2Al_2O_3组份将发生水化反应。轻微的水化作用对催化剂的性能基本没有影响;深度水化,由于有大量的水化产物Al_2O_3·nH_2O析出而使催化剂微孔堵塞。因此,必须采取适当的方法处理才能继续使用。
In this paper, the effects of water or low pressure steam(moist steam) on the strength, water absorbing capacity and activity of NiO/CaO-Al_2O_3 catalyst are studied with a MW-4 Model strength tester, TEM and XRD. The results show that hydration may occur in CaO·2Al_2O_3 of the catalyst under the presence of water or low pressure steam. With slight hydration, the effects on the catalyst are negligible. However, with heavy hydration a large amount of Al_2O_3·nH_2O may block the pores. Therefore it is necessary to treat the catalyst before use.
