聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶颏部充填26例

REPORT OF GENIOPLASTY FILLING WITH POLYACRYLAMIDE HYDROGEL ON 26 CASES

目的 :总结聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶作颏部充填 2 6例的临床体会 ,寻找一种理想的整形填充材料。 方法 :聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶与多种药物混合成可推动状态 ,行颏部注射。 结果 :2 6例颏部充填患者 ,经随访 3个月～ 2年 ,效果满意。 结论 :聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶作颏部充填 ,具有操作简单、安全可靠、痛苦小、外表不留瘢痕等优点。

Objective:Sumarize clinical experience in genioplasty filling with polyacrylamide hydrogel on 26 cases and search for an ideal kind of plastic meterial. Methods:Polyacrylamide hydrogel mixed with multiple medicine has been injected into chin. Results:The cure effect were satisfactory when 26 patients were followd up in 3 months to 2 years. Conclusion:It is an ideal plastic filling meterial that has such advantages as simplicity, safty, little pains and no scars. [
