NKC-1A固体酸催化剂于室温或低于室温的条件下,在合成乙二醇醚类的反应中具有催化活性,可使合成乙二醇乙醚的反应温度下降50—80℃,反应的活化能仅是NKC-01催化剂的1/3。NKC-1A催化剂用于在乙醇沸点(78℃)合成乙二醇乙醚非常有效,故该催化剂可适用于常压下合成乙二醇乙醚的催化精馏工艺,从而大大简化催化精馏的操作。
The high activity catalyst NKC-1A for the synthesis of ethyleneglycol ethers has been prepared. This new catalyst has an advantage over NKC-01 catalyst in producing 2-ethoxy-ethanol from ethylene oxide and ethanol. Experiments show that NKC-1A catalyst makes it possible to effect a decrease of 50—80℃ in reaction temperature. In contrast with NKC-01 catalyst, it reduces activation energy by a factor of 3. What is more important is that NKC -1A catalyst is very efficacious for the synthesis of 2-ethoxy-ethanol at the boiling point of ethanol using catalytic distillation under ordinary pressure.
