运用“二维色谱”与中心切割技术相结合的方法测定聚合级异戊二烯中微量杂质。欲测组份经β,β′-氧二丙腈、角鲨烷为固定相的色谱柱分离,TCD、FID检测,用四通阀及六通阀进行流路切换。在同一条件下测定异戊二烯中微量杂质的最小检测量:1,3-反戊二烯为2ppm,1,3-顺戊二烯、2-丁炔、1,3-异戊烯炔、环戊二烯、环戊烯均为0.2ppm。相对偏差小于4%,相对误差小于6%。
The trace impurities in polymerization grade isoprene have been determined by using the technique of combining two-dimensional GC with central cutting.The components are separated on passing through a column with β, β′-oxydi'propionitrile and squalane as stationary phase, and further determined by TCD and FID. Under the same conditions, the minimal detectable limits for trace impurities in isoprene are found to be 2ppm for trans-1, 3-pentadiene, and 0.2ppm for cis-1,3-pentadiene, 2-butyne, isopentenylacetylene, cyclopentadiene and cyclopentene. The relative deviation is less than 4%, and relative error less than 6%.
