摘要
在丙烷氧化脱氢制丙烯的钒-铁系催化剂中加入少量的稀土元素氧化物之后,改善了催化剂的性能,当Nd_2O_3的含最小于1.5%(w)时,催化活性随着Nd_2O_3含量的增加面提高。同时,考察了空速对催化剂性能的影响,当其它反应条件被合理地确定时,可以预测到一个使催化剂稳定性最高的空速。
By adding Nd_2O_3 to the V-Fe catalyst system, the catalytic property is improved. The catalyst activity is proportional to the content of Nd_2O_3 so far as it is kept below 1.5%(w). For the V-Fe-Nd-O catalyst used in catalytic oxidative dehydrogenation of propane to propytene, there is an optimal space velocity, with which the stability of catalyst becomes highest. Under the conditions of reaction temperature 625℃, mole ratio of air to propane 2.38:1 and space velocity 1200 h^(-1), the conversion of propane is 40.32%, and the selectivity of propylene is 66.20%. Nd_2O_3 is shown to be a good promoter for catalytic oxidative dehydrogenation of propane to propylene.
