摘要
采用海泡石为载体,金属镍为活性组份,用漫溃沉淀法制成Me-海泡石型催化剂,并进行了结构分析。采用固定床连续流动反应装置,对此催化剂用于气相苯加氢制环已烷的活性进行评价。催化剂的活性温度由130—180℃扩宽到90—240℃;苯的液空速度由1.2h^(-1)提高到2.0h^(-1)。苯转化率高达100%,环已烷收率99.9%。
Sepiolite was used as catalyst support for hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexane. The catalyst was prepared by impregnating depositing process and the catalyst activity was evaluated with a continuous flow fixed bed reactor. The liquid space velocity of benzene increased from 1.2h^(-1) to 2.0h^(-1), and the activation temperature range of catalyst widened from 130—180℃ to 90—240℃. The conversion oi benzene was nearly 100% with the yield of cyclohexane as high as 99.9%.
