Synthesis of Prallethrin-A New Type of Pyrethroid

目的:介绍丙炔菊酯的合成方法;方法:以2-甲基呋喃、三氯氧磷、氯丙炔等为原料经五步法合成;结果:反应总收率以2-甲基呋喃计为33.7％;结论:掌握丙炔菊酯的工艺,实现工业化生产是完全可能的。

Objective:To introduce a method of synthesizing prallethrin; Methods; Taking 2-Methylfuran,Phosphoryl oxy-chloride and Chloropopyne as raw materials and synthesizing through 5 steps; Results; The total yield is about 33.7% according to the content of 2-Methylfuran; Conclusion; It is practicable to master the synthetic technique of prallethrin and realize industrial producton.
