摘要
目的:了解胺菊酯在人皮肤上残留情况;方法:气相色谱分析法;结果:通过试验证明胺菊酯在人皮肤上的残留量与玻璃表面的残留量存在显著差异。12h在人皮肤上平均残留量为3.16mg,玻璃表面平均残留量为6.71mg;结论:胺菊酯残留率与时间呈负相关,加入阻滞吸收剂可以减少胺菊酯在人皮肤上的吸收和衰减,用胺菊酯与Deet配伍可有效的延长对蚊虫的驱避时间。
Objective:To know tetramethrin residue on the surface of human skin; Methods; Gas chro-matography; Results; It is proved that the quantity of tetramethrin residue has significant difference between the surface of human skin and glass,The 12 h-average residue on the surface of human skin and glase is 3.16 mg and 6.71 mg respectively; Conclusion; There is negative correlation between time and tetramethrin residue rate,adding obstructive absorption reagent could reduce the absorption and attenuation of tetramethrin on the surface of human skin.
