摘要
在理论分析的基础上,进一步闸述了循环釜式间歇蒸馏分离多组元热敏物系的设计计算方法及试验验证,研究结果证明,该方法是热敏物料在减压或真空条件下间歇蒸馏的有效方法,其设备也是行之有效的。本文讨论完成分离任务所需总操作过程的情况,仍只研究多元物系x_1,x_2…x_c中只含—个热敏组份k的情况。
Following the authors' previous paper (Ⅰ), a set of project calculation method is proposed in this second paper (Ⅱ). The results of experiment have confirmed that this operation method is effective in reducing the decomposition haza of heat sensitive materials during batch distillation. An inverse column operated by this method can be used to reduce the time of heating the high boilingpoint heat sensitive materials in the equipment.
