长效灭蚊蝇幼虫缓释剂药效研究

目的:介绍长效灭蚊蝇幼虫缓释剂的药效;方法:实验室药效实验;结果:缓释剂按第0.1m^3的水中投放0.5g对蚊幼虫可达到控制效果;按1:50的剂量投放垃圾场4d蝇幼虫死亡率达100％;结论:灭蚊、蝇幼虫缓释剂由有机磷杀虫剂与昆虫生长调节剂等经科学合理配制而成,具有速效和长效特点。

Objective:Study on the effect of lasting-efficacy releasing reagent against larvae of mosquito and fly.Methods:Laboratory experiment.Results:The mosquito larvae could be controlled when put 5 g/ m3 releasing reagent into water.And the 4 d mortality of fly larvae reached 100% while the dosage ratio was 1 '50.Conclusion; The releasing reagent made from organophosphorus insecticides and Juvenile hormone has characteristics of quick result and lasting efficacy.
