摘要
在丙酮氰醇连续吹脱提纯试验工艺条件的研究和有关丙酮氰醇的汽液平衡常数的基础上,运用计算机模拟丙酮氰醇各组元进行吹出塔的模拟计算,计算结果与试验结果相一致。并作出丙酮氰醇各组元在吹出塔中沿塔高(塔板数)的浓度分布。为今后设计计算提供了可靠的试验依据。
The method of blowing purification of acetone cyanohydrin was studied. The results obtained were in good agreement with the calculated results presented in the paper, A method of calculation for the process design is established.
