摘要
以SiO_2、丁基乙基镁(BEM)、三氯乙醇、TiCl_4为主要原料合成了Ti/SiO_2催化剂。用该催化剂进行了丙烯气相聚合及乙烯、丙烯气相共聚合。对聚合动力学行为、催化剂与聚合物粒子间的复现性规律、单体配比与聚合活性、共聚物结构等方面进行了探讨。表明Ti/SiO_2催化剂丙烯气相聚合时存在复现性规律,产物具有优越的颗粒形态。乙烯、丙烯采用气相共聚,产物仍有一定结晶度,性能逊于钒(Ⅴ)系乙丙橡胶。
The Ti/SiO_2 catalyst used for gas phase polymerization of propylene and ethylene/propylene consists of SiO_2, BEM, 2, 2, 2-trichloroethanol, TiCl_4, etc. The kinetics of polymerization, the replica effect between catalyst and polymer particles, the effect of reaction pressure on copolymer composition, and the structure of copolymer are studied. The polypropylene obtained exhibits good particle morphology. The E/P copolymers obtained still retain a certain degree of crystallinity.
