摘要
用正丁基锂引发苯乙烯聚合,再将所得聚苯乙烯阴离子与环氧氯丙烷进行封端反应,制得末端带环氧基的聚苯乙烯大分子单体。考查了封端剂种类、聚合溶剂、聚苯乙烯末端阴离子类型、封端反应温度、分子量及反应方式等因素对大单体合成的影响。用GPC对大单体进行了表征,并将此种大单体进行溶液均聚。结果表明,选择适当的条件可以将大单体末端的环氧基含量提高到近50%;大单体的均聚产物经GPC分析是二聚物,随大单体分子量减小二聚物产率增加。
Epoxy ether terminated polystyrere macromers were prepared by reaction of the polystyrene anions with epichlorohydrin. Conditions for increasing the content of epoxy ether end groups were studied. The macromers obtained were homopolymerized in solution using i-Bu_3Al-H_2O-H_3PO_4-dimethylaniline system as catalyst. The results show that the content of epoxy ether end groups of the macromers can reach about 50%; the homopolymers obtained are dimers, and the yield of which increases with decreasing molecular weight of the macromers.
