摘要
采用200nm波长光度检测,乙腈/水(10/90 v/v)为流动相等浓度洗脱的反相高效液相色谱法,定量分析了芳烃萃取剂四甘醇的含量。此方法简便、快速、准确,适于研制产品中组份含量的分析及工业生产中产品质量的控制。
This paper reports a simple, rapid and accurate procedure for quantitative determination of aromatic hydrocarbon extractant tetraethylene glycol by RPHPLC. The method employs photometric detection at 200nm using a reversed phase C_(18) column with acetonitrile/water(10/90) as the eluting phase. It is useful for analysing product composition and for controlling the quality of industrial products.
