垂体催乳素细胞腺瘤的电镜及免疫电镜观察 被引量:2

摘要 应用胶体金免疫电镜及常规电镜技术,对垂体催乳素(PRL)细胞腺瘤42例进行了观察。观察结果,3例为多颗粒型,39例为少颗粒型,其中4例还含有生长激素(GH)颗粒。PRL瘤细胞中分泌颗粒电子密度高,均匀,形状及大小不一。少颗粒型PRL瘤中多见异位外排现象,部分PRL瘤细胞中还能查见纤维小体。 42 cases of pituitary prolactinoma were studied with electron microscopy and immunoelectron microscopy using protein A-gold complex.3 cases were identified as densely granulated prolactinoma and 39 cases as sparsely granulated prolactinoma,among which 4 cases were revealed by immunoelectron microscopy to possess both prolactin (PRL) and growth hormone (GH) activities.The secretory granules positive for PRL were electron-dense and varied in size and shape.Misplaced exocytosis was found frequently in the sparsely granulated variant.Intracytoplasmic filamentous aggregates (fibrous bodies) could be detected in some of the PRL tumor cells.
