综述了RAPD及其在构建果树遗传连锁图谱、目的性状基因标记、遗传关系鉴定及种属鉴定等方面的作用。
The theory and characters of randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and its application of construction of the genetic linkage map, marks of the target genes, and identification of roriety and genetic relationship for fruit trees were summarized in this paper
