摘要
目的 评价疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的效果 ,介绍其手术经验。 方法 回顾性分析 5 2例患者 (5 7例次 )疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的临床资料。 结果 平均手术时间 42分钟 ,全部患者于术后 2 4小时下地行走 ,术后 3～ 5天可恢复其日常生活 ;未发生切口并发症 ;1例复发。 结论 疝环充填式无张力疝修补术是一种新的“无张力”疝修补成形术 ,具有操作简单、疗效确定、病人痛苦小和术后恢复快等优点 ,特别适于老年复发疝患者。
Objective To evaluate the effect of mesh plug repair for groin hernia and to introduce a technique of this operation. Methods A retrospective study was done on 52 patients who underwent mesh plug repair in our hospital. Results The average operation time was 42 minutes. All the patients were able to move about the room within 24 hours after the operation and returned to normal activities 3-7 days after the operation with no incision complications. One patient recurred. Conclusion Mesh plug repair is a new “tension free” hernioplasty. Its advantages include simplicity, effectiveness, less pain and a rapid recovery, in particular for the recurrence of elderly patients.
