摘要
研究HPLC法对泛昔洛韦及其可能存在的各种中间体、降解产物分离的方法,采用C_(18)柱,流动相为甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾1000ml+三乙胺3ml,用85%磷酸调节pH至2.5),为30:70,紫外检测波长305nm,各峰均获得良好分离,能有效控制泛昔洛韦的纯度。
This paper studied the method for seperating the intermediates which may be present in Famciclovir and the degradation products destroied by 6 mol/L hydrochloride, 6 mol/L sodium hydroxide and 30% hydrogen peroxide solution from famciclovir. The chromatographic column is C18, methanol-phosphate buffer (0. 02mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1000ml plus triethylamine 3ml adjusted with 85% phosphoric acid to pH2. 5) 30:70 was used as the mobile phase. The wave length of deterection was 305nm. Individual impurity peak can be seperated from famciclovir comptelely. The method can control the purity of famciclovir effectively.
