摘要
用高效液相色谱法、以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(25:74:1)为流动相,检测波长为313nm,测定生化汤中阿魏酸含量。方法简便快速,平均回收率为98.80％,RSD为1.22％(n=6)。该方法可用于临床上快速测定生化汤中主要成分阿魏酸的含量。
An analytical method for Shenghuatang by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was established. With an ODS column, the mobile phase is methanol-water-acetic acid 25:74:1 at a flow rate of 1. 0ml/min and UV detection wavelength is 313nm. In the range of 1. 25-15μg/ml, the sample size and peak area showed a linear relationship with regression equation, Y= -1. 399 + 5. 023x and r = 0. 9999. The average recovery of different concentration was 98. 80% and the RSD was 1.22% (n=6).
