内源性甾体的检测指标

摘要 由于医药工业高科技产品的不断出现,内源性物质的人工合成品如DHT,hCG等,对垂体-性腺轴有明确生物活性,以及其它一些作用尚未明确的新药正越来越多地进入滥用药物的家族。而这些药物对内源性甾体的体内合成,分泌,代谢等一系列的环节都具有很强的影响,因而这些药物的检测也就自然地更加倚重于内源性甾体各项指标的变化。通过对内源性甾体检测指标的分析总结,为更好地判定内源性蛋白合成类药物的滥用提供理论依据,减少检测中假阳性的产生及漏检现象。
