胃电起搏对胰高糖素诱发胃电紊乱的干预作用

摘要 目的 本研究旨在研究胰高糖素可否诱发胃电紊乱和胃排空延缓以及胃电起搏能否纠正此种胃肠道动力紊乱。方法 实验分成4组,每组4条犬,其中3条犬重复实验1次,故每组实验次数7犬次。①对照组,静注1.5ml生理盐水;②胰高糖素组,静注1.5ml胰高糖素(20μg/kg);③胃电起搏组,胃电起搏选用电流为2-6mA,时间100ms,频率为该犬基础起搏电位频率的1.1-1.2倍;④胰高糖素+胃电起搏组,同胰高糖素组,但用胃电起搏治疗。结果 结果显示对照组无胃电紊乱发生。胰高糖素显著地增加了胃电紊乱的发生率,为11.3%±5.88%(P<0.01)。胃电起搏明显地降低了胰高糖素诱导的胃电紊乱O.79%±O.15%(P<0.01)。对照组胃半排时间为(12.59±6.65)min,胰高糖素组胃半排时间延长,为(63.84±42.52)min,P<0.05,加用胃电起搏后缩短到(28.07±11.38)min,P<0.05。单纯胃电起搏也能加速胃的半排时间(7.57±3.78)min,P<0.Ol。结论 结果显示胰高糖素可用于诱发胃电紊乱并延迟胃排空.胃电起搏能有效地抑制胰高糖素引起胃电紊乱和胃排空延迟。
