降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)致痛及hCGRP8-37镇痛效应的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究CGRP致痛与伤害性感受器的关系,以及hCGRP8-37的镇痛效果。方法:60只小鼠,随机分为五组:组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ涉及到内脏伤害性感受器;组Ⅲ、组Ⅳ和组V分别涉及到化学、熟和机械伤害性感受器。每组均腹腔注射hCGRP8-37(200mg/kg)以预防或治疗疼痛,注射等量生理水作对照。组Ⅰ和组Ⅱ均包含三个亚组:A、B和C。亚组A为对照组,B为先注射化学刺激物后注射hCGRP8-37组,C与B相反。结果:组Ⅰ的亚组B动物的腹壁收缩次数与亚组A相比降低58.8%(P<0.05);亚组C与亚组A相比下降84.1%(P<0.01),与亚组B相比也明显降低(P<0.05)。组Ⅱ痛间的变化与组Ⅰ相似。组Ⅲ实验组动物的抬足时间显著短于封照组(P<0.01)。组Ⅳ实验组动物开始舔足时间与对照组相比延长110.4%。组V实验组动物承受的压力高于封照组179.7%。结论:CGRP在伤害性刺激中起着重要作用。hCGRP8-37作为CGRP的竞争性拮抗剂,对伤害性刺激具有显著的抑制作用,其中预防作用大于治疗作用。
