Treatment of Burst Fractures of Thoracolumbar Spine Using Pedicle Screw Implants

目的 :治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折。方法 :采用经椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折 2 6例。结果 :术后骨折复位满意 ,固定可靠 ,神经功能不同程度恢复。结论 :椎弓根内固定是短节段固定 ,符合脊柱生物力学特点 ,是优良的脊柱内固定方法。

WT5”BZ]Twenty six cases with burst fractures of thoracolumbar spine were reduced and fixed by pedicle screw implants.Among them,there were 15 male and 11 female.Their ages ranged from 18 to 55 years old and average 29 1 years old.After operation,the vertebra height recovery was satisfed and fixations were stable.Different degrees of recovery was seen in twenty cases.6 cases had no improvement.The authors conclude that pedicle screw implants were short segmental fixation and according with biomechanical features of functional segments.It is one of the effective posterior instruments for treatment of spine injury.
