肾移植术后恢复血透的原因分析

Analysis on the cause of recovering heamodialysis in the renal transplantation

目的 :了解移植肾失功而恢复血透的原因。方法 :分析 17例肾移植术后恢复血透的病因和病原学检查。结果 :发现细菌感染 7例 ,病毒性肝炎 5例 ,急性排异 3例 ,慢性排异 1例 ,药物性肝炎 1例。结论 :导致移植肾失活而恢复血透的原因主要为肺部感染和病毒性肝炎 ,及时撤减甚至停用免疫抑制药物 ,适时恢复血透是挽救患者生命的重要措施。

WT5”BZ]OBJECTIVE:To analyse what the cause of recovering heamodialysis in the renal transplantation.METHOD:We study what the cause of recovering heamodialysis and germs examination in 17 cases with renal transplantation.RESULTS We found bacteria infection 7 cases,virus hepatitis 5 cases,acute rejection 3 cases,chronic rejection 1 case and drugs hepatitis 1 case.CONCLUSION The chief reason of recovering heamodialysis to the patients with renal transplantation is lungs infection and virus hepatitis.To reduce or even stop taking immunosuppressive drugs is important to rescue the patients from danger.
