摘要 48 0 t门式起重机是目前国内研制的起重量及跨度最大的船厂用大型起重设备 ,适用于 10万吨级以上船台进行船体大分段的翻身与合拢。它具有双层翼缘板技术 ,高腹板梁局部稳定性技术 ,先进的电气控制系统等创新点。对于这种特大型门式起重机的建造 ,开发了一套门式起重机液压提升系统 ,使特大型起重机的总装采用提升方案成为可能。 The 480 ton portal crane is a mammoth crane with the largest lifting capacity and the widest track,that has been so far developed and manufactured in China The crane,which has incorporated innovations such as double flange plates,local stabilization technique of high web girders and advanced electrical control systems,is suitable for slipways building ships of 100 000 dwt and above to move and join large sections of a hull For building such a mammoth crane,a special hydraulic hoisting system has been developed,thus making it possible to assemble extra huge cranes with a proper hoisting system
