摘要
通过对目前我国大量使用的抽油杆材料20CrMo钢在NaCl和CO_2介质中腐蚀后裂纹动态形核及扩展机制的试验观察,揭示了抽油杆在含这类介质条件下使用的失效原因,为防止抽油杆失效提供了理论依据。
By studying the crack initiation and extension mechanism of 20CrMo steel now commonly used for sucker rods,in corrosive mediums containing NaCl and CO_2,the authors explain the causes of sucker rod failure in such mediums, thereby provide scientific basis for the precaution of sucker rod failure.
