空心抽油杆的材料与焊接工艺初探

摘要 选择20CrMo钢为母材,采用手工钨极氩弧焊工艺,对20CrMo、12Cr2MoWVTiB和10Cr3SiNiMoWV三种填充焊丝组成的四种焊缝进行试验研究。测定其焊接接头的性能表明,用20CrMo焊丝、20CrMo+12Cr2MOWVTiB组合焊丝施焊,焊后调质热处理后,焊接接头的抗拉强度达到D级杆要求的指标,后者的疲劳极限达到美国Norris公司生产的D级杆的水平,可以推广应用。 Taking 20CrMo steel as parent material and using inert gas tungsten arc welding, the authors conducted an experimental investigation into four kinds of welded joints filled with 20CrMo,12Cr2MoWVTiB and 10Cr3SiNiMoWV welding wires respectively. Inspections of the various joints show that the tensile strength of the joint filled with either 20CrMo or 20CrMo plus 12Cr2MoWVTiB reaches the quality index of Grade D sucker rod and the latter has the same fatigue strength as that of the Grade D rod manufactured by Norris, Division of Dover Corp..
