在对油田进行现场调查的基础上,讨论了初始缺陷对塔形井架可靠度的影响,推导了节点平移或支座沉陷引起的位移或应力值变化的计算公式,并对现场测试的某塔架进行了实例计算。还讨论了锈蚀对塔架可靠度的影响。

On basis of investigations in oilfields, the authors discuss the influence of initial defects on the reliability of steel derricks, derive the formulas for calculating the displacement or stress variation resulted from node translation and foundation settlement and as an exampte, carry out a calculation for a derrick having been measured in situ. And the influence of corrosion on the reliability of derricks is also discussed.
