摘要
论述了采用现代测试技术、信号分析和模态分析技术对油田在用井架进行的动态试验。通过对井架结构摸态的分析,找出井架故障的识别标志。对此可利用“加载—模态迁移”方程和结构模态的奇异,检测井架各构件的工作状况,预报异常断裂、塑性变形等结构损坏的发生。
With the help of modern test technique, signal analysis and modal analysis, this article discusses the dynamic test of derricks in use and, by modal analysis of derrick struc ture, describes the distinguishing signs of failure. By means of 'load-modal migration' equation and the distortion of structure mode, the working condition of each structural member on the derrick is measured and failures such as abnormal crack and plastic deformation can be predicted.
