齿轮式无游梁长冲程抽油机为机械换向台架式滚筒抽油机。电动机和滚筒之间的换向减速箱,既有减速功能,又有周期换向作用。样机的工业试验表明,这种机型适用于长冲程、低冲数、小排量抽汲,具有扭矩小、平衡可靠、节约电能、重量轻等优点,其缺点是冲数较低,不能适应大排量抽汲。

The pumping unit described in this article consists of a frame-mounted mechanical reversing drum. The reversal reducer between the electric motor and the drum serves the functions of speed reducing and periodic reversal. Industrial test of the prototype unit shows that this pumping unit is suited for long-stroke, low-speed and small-output pumping, and has the advantages of small torque, reliable balance and low energy consumption and is light in weight. Owing to the rather low pumping speed, it can not meet the requirement of large output production.
