泰素过敏反应预防方法探讨

The study of prophylactic treatment of anti-allergic reaction caused by taxol.

目的 研究泰素 (Taxol)给药前的抗过敏治疗方法。方法 将 2 7例泰素治疗的肿瘤患者随机分为两组 ,A组按常规要求在用泰素前 2 4小时 ,给予抗过敏治疗 :地塞米松 10mg和甲氰米胍 2 0 0mg静脉注射 ,苯海拉明 2 0mg肌肉注射 :静脉输注泰素前再次给予以上抗过敏药物。对照B组仅在给予泰素前 3 0分钟 ,给予一次抗敏药物治疗 (剂量用法同A组 )。结果 所有病例中共发生皮疹 1例 ,为B组病例 ,发生率为 3 7%。两组间无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 泰素治疗发生过敏反应的发生率不高 ,提前 3 0分钟给予预防性抗过敏治疗即可有效防止过敏反应的发生。

Objective To study the methods of anti allergic reaction caused by taxol (paclitaxel) Methods Twenty seven patients were randomly separated into two groups The group A was given traditional antianaphylaxis treatment: dexamethasone 10mg and cimetidine 200mg infusion, diphenhydramine, 20mg injection 24 hours before given taxol and repeated once 30 minutes before given taxol Group B was only given only once prophylactic treatment (the same medicines as group A) 30 minutes before given taxol Results There is only 1 case of urticaric reported Conclusion The rate of allergic reaction caused by taxol is low, and given antianaphlyaxis treatment just 30 minutes before injection taxol can successfully prevent allergic reaction
