阴沟肠杆菌6株中产超广谱β内酰胺酶的基因型 被引量:15

摘要 目的 :研究阴沟肠杆菌 6株的超广谱 β内酰胺酶 (ESBLs)的基因型。 方法 :分别使用对TEM型、SHV型和CTX M型基因特异的引物 ,PCR扩增 6株阴沟肠杆菌接合子Esbl基因 ,对PCR产物直接测序分析其基因型。结果 :3株阴沟肠杆菌的接合子均含有CTX M 3型酶 ,同时含有TEM型酶。另 3株阴沟肠杆菌接合子均含有一种等电点为 8.3未知的 β内酰胺酶 ,同时含有一种 pI为 5 .4或 5 .5未知的 β内酰胺酶。 结论 :临床分离的阴沟肠杆菌可产CTX M 3型酶 ,对头孢菌素类产生耐药性。 To investigate the Esbl genes in Enterobacter cloacae resistant to extended spectrum cephalosporins. Methods: Esbl genes in 6 strains of E. coli NK5449 transconjugants from 6 isolates of E. cloacae were amplified by PCR, with pairs of primers specific to bla TEM , bla SHV and bla CTX Ms genes, respectively. The PCR products were directly sequenced and analyzed. Results:Three transconjugants produced CTX M 3 enzyme, with one TEM type enzyme. The other three produced an unidentified enzyme with pI 8.3, in addition to another unidentified enzyme with pI 5.4 or 5.5. No SHV type enzyme was found in the 6 transconjugants. Conclusions: Enterobacter cloacae isolated from Beijing, China could produce CTX M 3 enzyme which lead to cephalosporins resistant.
