L型泵结构设计分析

摘要 介绍了一种新型轴向柱塞泵——L型泵的工作原理,并对L型泵进行了运动学、动力学分析,导出了柱塞的运动方程以及滑靴相对于斜盘的运动轨迹,得出了作用在柱塞上的各种力的计算公式。同时对L型泵的滑靴静压支承、配流问题以及柱塞头部和滑靴之间接触应力等特殊问题进行了分析讨论。 A new type of axial plunger pump, called Model L pump, mainly used for hydraulic logging, is introduced. Its working principle is expounded and, through kinematic and dynamical analysis, the motion equation of the plunger and the motion trajectory of slide shoe against oblique tray are derived, and the formulae for calculating the forces on the plunger are worked out, And also the problems with the static pressure bearing of slide shoe, the contact stress between plunger head and slide shoe, and the flow control of the pump are discussed.
