海南省结核病控制项目示范市(县)实施七年效果分析

Analysis of the effect of tuberculosis control project in demonstration cities (counties) in a period of seven years in Hainan Province

目的 通过对海南省６个项目示范县实施七年效果分析，为进一步控制结核病提供依据。方法 收集各示范县自１９９２年第２季度至１９９９年第１季度的季报表，进行统计分析，结果６个示范县项目实施七年，共接诊可疑者５０ ９８０人，发现活动性肺结核１０ ２７３例，其中涂阳７ ３３８例、涂阴２ ９３５例，涂阳登记率由第一年的３９．５／１０万，上升至第七年的４８．１／１０万，初治涂阳、复治涂阳的治念率分别为９４．１％、８２．３％。结论６个示范县项目实施七年来取得了明显效益，达到了高发现率和高治愈率的预期目标，为全省项目实施积累了经验。

Objective To analyse the effect of Hainan Provincial Tuberculosis Control Project carried out in demonstration cities and counties for a period of seven years. Methds The quarterly reporting data from 1992 to 1999 were collected and statistically analysed. Resutls Totally 50980 suspected cases were clinically examined in a period of seven years and 10 273 active pulmonary tuberculosis cases were found including 7 338 smear -positive cases and 2 935 smear - negative cases. The rate of smear - positive cases registered increased from 39. 5/100 000 in the first year to 48. 1/100 000 in the seventh year. The cure rates of smear - positive cases in initial treatment and re - treatment were 94.1% and 82.3% , respectively. Conclusion Significant results was achieved in the six cities and counties after implementation of the project for a duration of seven years, and attained the expected objectives of high finding rate and cure rate. Moreover, experiences was accumulated that are valuable for implementation of the project in the whole province.
