摘要
目的 了解霍乱流行菌株对抗菌药物的敏感性,以供霍乱防治工作参考。方法 采用纸片扩散法(K~B法)。用埃尔托型霍乱弧菌(EVC)和O139群霍乱弧菌与标准的参比菌株大肠埃希氏菌(ATCC25922)、铜绿假单胞菌(ATCC27853)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC25923)作平行测定进行质量控制。结果1997年及1998年的53株EVC和2株O139菌株药敏试验结果,发现它们对庆大霉素、卡那霉素、新霉素、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星及强力霉素呈高度敏感,其敏感率为100%;绝大部分菌株对四环素、磺胺甲基异·f唑、链霉素、多粘菌素B、乙酰螺旋霉素、复方新诺明及痢特灵耐药,且出现多重耐药现象。结论 霍乱弧菌对抗菌药物的敏感性逐渐下降,而且多重耐药现象日益严重。
Objective To understand the sensitivity of the prevalent strains of Cholera in Hainan province to antibiotics and provide the scientific basis for preventing and controlling Cholera. Methods The K - B was used in ths test. Parallel test using El Tor Vibrio cholerae (EVC )、O139and standard Esherichia coli (ATCC25922), pseudomonas aeruginouse (ATCC27853) staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923 was carried out to control the quality. Results The results showed that the 53 strains of EVC and 2 strains of 0139 collected in 1997 & 1998 were highly sensitive to tetracycline、kanamycin、 neomycin、norfloxacin、ciprofloxacin、 deoxytetracycline with a susceptibility of 100%. But resistance to FE、SMX、S、PB、ASP、SXT、FR was observed in most the 55 strains of vibrio chloerae and the multi - resistance was also noticed. Conclusion The sensitivity of VC to antibiotics was gradually declining and multi - resistance to anibiotics was increasing.
