摘要
以轴流风机的全压效率为目标函数,以叶轮外径、轮毂比、叶轮和静叶平均截面上的相对栅距和升力系数为优化变量,考虑气动性能、结构强度等多种约束条件,提出一个后置静叶式轴流风机级优化方法,并以实例作寻优计算。计算表明该方法有效且实用。
Taking the total-pressure efficiency of the axial-flow fan as objective function, and the outer diameter of the rotor, the hub-tip ratio, the relative cascade spaces and the elevating force coefficients of the rotor and the stator as variables of optimization, considering various constraints such as the aeromechanic property and the structural strength; the author works out a method to optimize the single-stage axial-flow fans. The calculated results presented show that the method is effective and practicable.
