1998-2000年海口市幼儿机构环境消毒效果监测分析

Analysis of surveillance of disinfectant effect in the environment of kindergardens of Haikou City in 1998-2000

目的 了解海口市幼儿机构各类环境消毒效果。方法 依照《消毒技术规范》［１］进行采样及检测细菌总数和大肠菌群。结果 对７所公立幼儿园消毒效果连续三年监测结果为：１９９８年监测６８份，合格５９份，合格率为８６．８％，１９９９年监测１１９份，合格８３份，合格率为６９．７％，２０００年监测１４２份，合格１１７份，合格率为８２．４％，其中餐具合格率最高（９７．３％），空气合格率（８７．５％），物体表面合格率最低（６０．１％）。结论 幼儿园消毒效果不佳，应加大消毒工作技术指导和效果监测。

Objective To understand the disinfectant results in the kindergardens under various environ- ments in Hailou. Methods Samples were collected and the infectious status with E. Coil groups were detected and the quantity of bacteria examined according to the <Technical standards for sterilization> enacted by the Ministiy of Health. Results The results obtained in the surveillance of disinfectant effect in the seven kindergardens in the last three consecutive years showed that the total number of samples exznamined, the total number up to the stan- dards and the rate met the requirements in 1998, 1999 and 2000 were 86,59 and 68% in 1998; 119, 83 and 69.7% in 1999,and 142,117 and 82.4%in 2000. Among those examined tableware were the ones with highest rate up to the requirements (97.3%),followed by air(87.5%)and the surface of other objects was the lowest (60.1 %). Conclusion The results of disinfection in the kindergardens was not satisfactory and effective mea- sures, such as strengthening monitoring and technical guidance, he taken in order to enhace the quality of disinfe- tion.
