深圳特区少年儿童龋病流行特征研究

Epidemiological features of dental caries among children and adolescents in Shenzhen

目的 了解深圳特区少年儿童龋病流行特征。方法 随机调查５、７、９、１２、１５岁年龄组乳牙及恒牙龋患率。结果５、７、９岁儿童乳牙龋患率为８２．３８％，龋均４．２２；７岁年龄组最高，龋患率为８５．８０％，龋均５．１１；乳牙龋患率无性别差异。５－１５岁少年儿童恒牙龋患率３６．８９％，女性高于男性，龋患率及龋均随年龄增长呈上升趋势。结论 应加大口腔预防保健投入，组建口腔疾病防治网，探索社区口腔疾病防治。

Objective To find out the epidemiological featured of dental caries among children and adoles- cents in Shenzhen Special Economical Zone. Methods Random sampling investigation of draft and DMIFT were conducted in the children and adolescents in 5-,7-,9-,12-,15-year-age groups.Results The total mci- dence of dmft inS-,7 -,9 -year-age group was 82.3% (Mean caries was 4.22) and highest incidence of dental caries was observed in the 7-year-age group (85.80%) with a mean caries of 5.l1.No differences of dmft were observed between males and females. It was also observed that the incidence of dental caries and mean caries were getting higher along with the increase of age of the children and adolescents. Condusion Investment should be increased for prevention of dental caries and research activities be carried out prevention and control of oral diseases including the establishment of a oral health network in the community.
