摘要 单级离心抽油泵泵轴承受的扭矩和径向力是泵轴失效的主要因素,在进行可靠性设计时,应根据扭矩作用下的刚度条件确定最小轴径。给出泵轴的设计公式,理论计算与试验结果基本一致。指出改进泵轴结构、缩短轴的支承跨度,可提高泵轴刚度,从而提高泵轴的使用可靠性。 The torque and the radial force on the shaft of a single-stage centrifugal pump are the factors effecting failure of the shaft, so in the reliability design, the minimum diameter of the shaft should be determined according to the required rigidity while the shaft is subject to the effect of torque. The formulas for designing the shaft are presented,and the result of calculation well conforms with the test. It is noted that the rigidity of the shaft can be improved by modifying the shaft structure and reducing the span between the shaft bearings and the reliability of the shaft can be improved thereby.
