训练所致半月板损伤整形切除修复手术的实验研究及临床应用

PARTIAL RESECTION WITH PLASTIC REPAIR OF MENISCUS FOR MENISCUS INJURIES OCCURRING IN MILITARY DRILLS----AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ANDCLINICAL APPLICATION

作者于1984年开始采用整形切除修复手术治疗半月板撕裂伤,同时进行模拟动物实验。实验表明:整形切除修复明显优于半月板全切手术,并根据不同类型的损伤,设计了不同的手术方法。临床应用28例,获得满意疗效(92.9％)。认为该方法是适合部队训练致伤特点的一种较好的手术方法,对提高训练伤预后复训率及降低评残率具有一定的实际意义。

Since 1984,we have used the method of partial resection with plastic repair of meniscus to treat meniscus tear.It has been proved that this operation is superior to total meniscectomy.It was performed in twenty-eight cases.The results were satisfactory.It is believed that this is a good operation for the characteristic injury of the meniscus occurring in military drills,because it has raised re-drill rate and reduced disability rate.Early exercise after operation is emphasized to stimulate healing,and to-prevent late complications.
